Booking & Policies

How far in advance should I book?

We recommend booking at least 1-2 weeks in advance, especially during peak season (November through April) and for weekend charters. However, we do accommodate last-minute bookings when available.

What is your cancellation policy?

Cancellations made 48 hours or more before your charter receive a full refund. Cancellations within 48 hours are subject to a 50% cancellation fee. Weather-related cancellations are always fully refunded or rescheduled at no charge.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept cash, all major credit cards, Venmo, and Zelle. A 50% deposit is required to secure your booking, with the balance due on the day of your charter.

Is gratuity included?

Gratuity is not included in the charter price. It's customary to tip 15-20% of the charter cost for excellent service, similar to a restaurant. Tips can be given directly to the captain and crew.

What to Bring & Prepare

What should I bring on the charter?

Bring sunscreen (reef-safe preferred), sunglasses, towels, swimwear, and a change of clothes. We provide water, ice, and coolers. You're welcome to bring your own food and beverages (including alcohol for those 21+).

Can we bring our own food and drinks?

Absolutely! You're welcome to bring your own food and beverages, including alcohol for guests 21 and over. We provide coolers with ice. We can also arrange catering for an additional fee.

Do you provide fishing or snorkeling equipment?

Yes! We provide all fishing gear, bait, and licenses for fishing charters. Snorkeling equipment including masks, snorkels, and fins in various sizes are included for snorkeling trips.

Are there restroom facilities on board?

Yes, our boats are equipped with restroom facilities for your comfort and convenience during the charter.

Safety & Rules

What are the safety requirements?

We provide USCG-approved life jackets for all passengers. Children under 6 must wear life jackets at all times. Our captains are fully licensed and trained in emergency procedures.

What are the rules regarding drugs and smoking?

STRICTLY NO ILLEGAL DRUGS on board - violation results in immediate charter termination without refund. NO SMOKING of any kind (cigarettes, cigars, vapes, etc.) is permitted on our vessels for safety and comfort of all guests.

Is there an age limit?

There's no age limit! We welcome families with children of all ages. Children under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian. For alcohol consumption, guests must be 21+ with valid ID.

What happens if there's bad weather?

Safety is our top priority. If weather conditions are unsafe, we'll work with you to reschedule or provide a full refund. The captain makes the final decision on weather-related cancellations.

Charter Experience

How many people can your boats accommodate?

Our boats accommodate up to 12 passengers plus crew. This intimate size ensures everyone has plenty of space and receives personalized attention.

Where do we go during the charter?

Popular destinations include Biscayne Bay, Star Island, the Venetian Islands, Key Biscayne, and various sandbars. Your captain will customize the route based on your preferences and conditions.

Can we swim during the charter?

Yes! We'll anchor at beautiful spots perfect for swimming. Popular locations include sandbars with crystal-clear, shallow water. We provide floating mats and water toys.

Do you provide music?

Yes, our boats have premium Bluetooth sound systems. You can connect your phone to play your favorite music. We recommend creating a playlist in advance!
